Questions
Which websites do you work with?
WordPress sites, whether self-hosted or on managed hosting such as SiteGround, Kinsta or WP Engine. WordPress.com sites need a plan that allows plugins. We don’t support Shopify, Wix or Squarespace yet, but you can leave your details and we’ll let you know.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. You click Connect, WordPress shows its own approval screen and creates a separate access key for WdBasic. You can see it and revoke it at any time under Users, Profile, Application Passwords.
Is this done by AI?
The analysis and the drafts are done with AI, a person at WdBasic checks them, and you approve or reject every change. Nothing reaches your site without that last step.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a position on Google. We fix what we can see is holding your site back, tell you exactly what changed and show you what happened afterwards.
What happens if I stop?
Everything we changed stays on your site, because it belongs to you. Revoke the access key, delete the plugin and that’s it.
